Services are available in “Short” and “Full” session lengths under a variety of categories to best suit the type of massage therapy you are seeking.

Sports & Orthopedic Massage. OMT’s Signature Session.

$60 30 Mins./$90 60 Mins.

This is used for choosing massage therapy to address pain, limits to range of motion, maintain sports fitness, and treat recent injuries. There is less use of Swedish Massage during this session in favor of focused techniques that more directly impact serious issues.

Deep Tissue Massage.

$75 30Mins./$100 50 Mins.

Many people prefer deep tissue as a “style” and find the higher pressure levels to be relaxing in themselves. This is available for those who specifically prefer deep tissue pressure. Note: For issues related to actual orthopedic problems, it’s HIGHLY recommended that clients select from the category “Sports & Orthopedic” Massage.

Luxury Swedish Massage.

$85 50 Mins./$140 90 Mins.

Clients who are seeking the less technical, but far more relaxing “Swedish Massage” should consider this type of session. At Oswego Massage Therapy, this session type is heavily accented with additional luxury appointments that when coupled with expert massage therapy provide an unrivaled session from a luxury standpoint.

Cold Laser Therapy:

$40 15Mins.

This is a class 3B laser that leverages powerful light technologies to reduce pain-as pain relates to inflammation in soft tissue. This applies to muscle, tendon, and nerve related conditions. Cold Laser is available as a standalone appointment, and can also be requested as an add-on service to Deep Tissue and Sports related appointments.

ADD-On Options:

-Cold Laser Therapy (See above) $15 as an add-on to a massage therapy session.

-Hot Stone Massage: $20. Hot stones are used as an active tool to work over tight muscles. Unlike traditional spas, the stones are used in motion and are not left stationary on the body.

-Premium Topical Pain Relievers. $10. This is an extremely potent blend of CBD in a THC-Free formula that provides next level pain relief to areas of muscle and joint pain with ZERO risk to employment and sports testing.
